Cilantro Pork Mac and Cheese - Recipe #3

I am VERY addicted to cilantro. I would put it in every recipe if I could. Here's a recipe called Cilantro Pork mac and cheese.

You can use any sort of mac and cheese for this recipe: Kraft Dinner, Velveeta Shells, homemade mac and cheese, or any other kind!

All the recipes on this blog have ideal portions for 4 or 5 adults. We are using two boxes of Kraft Dinner for this recipe. If you need a bit more, simply add another box of Kraft Dinner.

What You'll Need:

- Your favorite mac and cheese: We are using 2 boxes of Kraft Dinner

- 1 pound of lean ground pork or beef
- 10 large mushroom (diced)
- 7 cloves of garlic (minced)
- 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
- A bunch of cilantro (as much as you want, chopped)

Directions:

Step 1: Make your favorite mac and cheese. We are using Kraft Dinner.

Step 2: Dice the mushrooms and mince the garlic.

Step 3: Add the mushrooms and garlic to an oiled pan and cook on medium heat, stirring occasionally.

Step 4: While the mushrooms are cooking, chop the cilantro and set aside to garnish your mac and cheese later on.

Step 5: After the mushroom have cooked for about 4-5 minutes, add 2 tablespoons of lemon juice to the pan. If you want some extra acidity in your meal, feel free to add more.

Step 6: Let that mixture cook for 1-2 minutes and then add the lean ground pork or beef.

Step 7: Cook until the meat is browned.

Step 8: Add the cooked ingredients to your mac and cheese.

Step 9: Serve and enjoy!
